Set up once. Then it runs in everyday life

To ensure everything works reliably, permissions are required during pairing: Bluetooth, nearby devices, location, notifications. Additionally, battery optimisation for G Band should be disabled. If something is missing, the app will point it out.

Assessment of stress and recovery via heart rate variability.

Sleep analysis

Total sleep, wake phases, as well as light and deep sleep in the app.

SpO₂

Blood oxygen as a trend value for general orientation.

Blood pressure estimate

Trend values for orientation, clearly displayed in the app.

Stress and temperature

Stress history and skin temperature over time, clearly displayed in the app.

Additional trend values in the app

Estimated blood parameter trend values: Uric acid, cholesterol, lipid profile, and triglycerides.

SOS and Fall detection features

For more safety in everyday life.

Set up an SOS contact

  1. Open the G Band app.
  2. Tap on Device at the bottom, then Phone Calls, then Contacts.
  3. Save the phone number and activate the SOS icon in the list.
  4. Then synchronise once so that the setting is transferred.

How to trigger the SOS call

The SOS emergency call is triggered by tapping the side button three times quickly. The connected smartphone will then start the call to the stored SOS contact. The health band vibrates in short pulses so that you can feel that the emergency call is active.

To ensure the emergency call works reliably

  • Smartphone should be within Bluetooth range
  • G Band app open or active in the background
  • Permissions allowed: Phone access, location, notifications, nearby devices
  • Smartphone should have mobile signal and be allowed to make regular phone calls

Fall detection function

The health wristband detects sudden movements and potential falls. It vibrates briefly. If not cancelled, the emergency call is triggered automatically.
