1. Always open the app first
Please connect your watch or ring in the app using ‘Add device’.
2. Don't pair directly via Bluetooth
The connection should be set up in the app, not in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings first.
3. Keep Bluetooth switched on
Bluetooth must be switched on during setup and for syncing afterwards.
4. Allow permissions
Give the app the permissions it asks for, so that readings, notifications and connections work reliably.
Tip: If you're not sure which app is the right one, please open the user manual for your model first.

Speicherung und Übermittlung von Daten
Die Geräte speichern Messwerte in der Regel zunächst lokal auf dem Gerät. Bei Verbindung mit der jeweiligen App werden die Daten auf das verbundene Endgerät übertragen und je nach App Konzept gegebenenfalls auf Servern der App Anbieter oder deren Dienstleister gespeichert.
Die konkrete Speicherdauer, der genaue Speicherort und die zugrunde liegende Rechtsgrundlage ergeben sich aus der Datenschutzerklärung der jeweiligen App Anbieter. Bitte lesen Sie diese Hinweise sorgfältig, bevor Sie die App nutzen.
Zugriff, Export und Löschung Ihrer Daten
