The Kardena Care Pro 6 is our new high-end health watch model. It displays accurate vital signs without a complicated menu, without the need for an app, and even without a smartphone. It requires no account and does not force you to use an app.

Adjustable font size

Directly on the device, no app detour. If you want to see the time and steps at a glance, set it once.

No app for basic functions

Time, pulse, alarm clock, steps — everything works without a smartphone. The app is optional, not a mandatory step.

Up to 5 SOS contacts

Most competitor devices in this price range only allow 1–3. Here, up to five — for children, neighbors, friends.

Kardena does not sell false medical security. The CARE Pro 6 is a lifestyle watch for personal orientation — and that deserves an honest explanation.

Pulse measurement

Optical on the wrist. Smartwatch fit and movement can influence values.

ECG recording

Single-channel recording, PDF export via app. Not a substitute for a 12-lead ECG at the doctor's.

Blood pressure estimation

Experimental trend value. Not suitable for medication management or diagnosis.

SpO₂ & respiratory rate

Orientation values. No substitute for a medical pulse oximeter.

Sleep analysis

Sleep duration and phases for private trend observation. Not a substitute for a sleep lab.

Skin temperature trend

Temperature on the wrist — not identical to body temperature. Not a substitute for a fever thermometer.

SOS function & care sharing

The SOS function is for many the actual reason for purchase — and rightly so. Here is how it works: 

SOS notification

Press and hold button for approx. 3 seconds → 5-second countdown → Message with location is sent to up to 5 contacts. Location comes from the connected smartphone.

Care sharing

Share values with relatives if desired. Sharing only occurs if you actively set it up and can be deactivated at any time.

Important: The SOS function does not replace the emergency number 112 or a home emergency service. In case of acute symptoms, always call 112 first.

Frequent questions before buying

Do I need a smartphone for using Care Pro 6 health watch?
Not for basic functions like time, steps, and alarm. However, for SOS location, notifications, care sharing, and ECG PDF, you need a connected smartphone with Android 8.0+ or iOS 13+.
Is the CARE Pro 6 watch a medical device?
No. All health values are orientation values for private use. They do not replace a medical examination, diagnosis, or therapy decision.
What is the difference between Classic and Modern variants of Care Pro 6?
Classic is round (Ø 47 mm, 1.56 inches). Modern is rectangular (1.95 inches) with a slightly bigger display and a voice assistant. The range of functions for health monitoring and SOS is identical for both.
Does the health watch need a SIM card?
No. Calls, messages, and SOS run via Bluetooth with your smartphone. No separate SIM required.
How accurate are the health values?
Health values tracked by Kardena Care Pro 6 watch are orientation and trend values. Watch fit, skin contact, movement, and other factors can influence measurement results. Medical decisions should not be based solely on these values.
How exactly does the SOS function work in Care Pro 6 health watch?
You store up to 5 contacts in the G Band app. Long-pressing the button (approx. 3 seconds) starts a 5-second countdown. After that, the smartwatch sends a message with GPS location — via the connected smartphone. Without a smartphone, the last known position is transmitted.  Note that it is not a substitute for 112.
Is the Care Pro 6 smartwatch waterproof?
IP67 — splash-proof and dust-protected. Rain and handwashing are not a problem. Swimming, diving, sauna, or salt water are not suitable.
How long does the battery of Care Pro 6 watch last?
Typically about a week. Higher display brightness, frequent measurement intervals, and active telephony shorten the runtime. Charging time approx. 90–120 minutes.
