1. Always open the app first
Please connect your watch or ring in the app using ‘Add device’.
2. Don't pair directly via Bluetooth
The connection should be set up in the app, not in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings first.
3. Keep Bluetooth switched on
Bluetooth must be switched on during setup and for syncing afterwards.
4. Allow permissions
Give the app the permissions it asks for, so that readings, notifications and connections work reliably.
Tip: If you're not sure which app is the right one, please open the user manual for your model first.
