The CARE Slim smartwatch measures pulse, blood pressure trend, oxygen saturation, stress, and skin temperature in one go — and saves the history in the app. This gives you a quick overview of how you are doing at any time, without having to start multiple measurements individually.
A single value says little. Only the trend over several days becomes meaningful — and that is exactly what the CARE Slim is built as a smartwatch that allows you to keep an eye on women's health at any age.
All health functions of the CARE Slim smartwatch for women
The CARE Pro Slim women's smartwatch offers various functions with which you can keep an eye on your health directly on your wrist. The recorded values are available as a history in the app and help you better assess yourself. However, they do not replace a doctor's visit and are intended solely for personal orientation.
Pulse
Measured optically on the wrist. The fit of the watch, movement, and cold hands influence the value.
ECG recording
Single-lead, around one minute, exportable as PDF. Does not replace a 12-lead ECG and does not detect heart diseases.
Blood pressure trend
Supports personal observation of blood pressure trends. Not suitable for diagnosis or managing medication.
Oxygen saturation (SpO₂)
Orientation value. The skin tone in the app profile must be accurate; otherwise, the measurement will deviate.
Skin temperature
Measures the skin surface, not body temperature. No replacement for a clinical thermometer.
Sleep analysis
Records sleep duration and sleep phases (light, deep, and REM sleep) overnight. The watch needs a few nights to reliably recognise your rhythm.
Stress level
Calculated from pulse and heart rate variability (HRV). It shows periods of strain throughout the day — no medical stress diagnosis.
Women's health (cycle tracking)
You enter your cycle start and length in the app once. The CARE Slim uses this to calculate a rough phase estimate for future cycles. Not suitable for contraception or family planning.

Runs via your smartphone
The CARE Slim smartwatch does not have its own SIM card. For an SOS call, it must be connected via Bluetooth to a smartphone within range that has an active mobile connection.
What the function does not replace
It connects you quickly with your personally stored contacts — it does not replace a professional emergency call, a medical home alarm system, or the 112 emergency number. The CARE Slim is an everyday smartwatch, not a medical emergency system.

Is the Kardena CARE Slim smartwatch suitable for senior women?
Yes, the CARE Slim watch is also suitable for senior women. Health features such as vital check, heart rate monitoring, ECG, blood oxygen, and sleep and stress analysis help to keep an eye on important personal metrics in everyday life. The SOS function, which allows a stored contact to be called quickly in an emergency, is particularly practical. This provides extra security, especially for women living alone or while out and about. The SOS function requires a connected smartphone and does not replace a professional medical alert system or the emergency number 112.
Is the CARE Slim a medical device?
No. All health metrics are reference values for private use. They do not replace a medical examination, diagnosis, or therapeutic decision.
Can the CARE Slim smartwatch measure blood pressure?
The CARE Slim can display an approximate blood pressure value. This function is suitable for personal observation of trends, but does not replace a medical blood pressure monitor. If you have health complaints or notice abnormal readings, you should re-measure with a suitable medical device and have the values clarified by a doctor if necessary.
Does the CARE Slim have an ECG measuring function?
Yes. This ladies' smartwatch features a single-channel ECG function. With a tap of a finger, you can start an ECG recording directly on your wrist and save it in the app. The smartwatch's ECG does not replace a medical ECG and is not intended for the independent diagnosis of diseases.
How long does the battery of the CARE Slim smartwatch last?
Battery life is approximately 4 to 7 days depending on usage. In standby mode, it can last over 20 days. How long the battery actually lasts depends on factors including display usage, health measurements, Bluetooth calling, and notifications.
Does the SOS function require a smartphone?
Yes. The CARE Slim does not have its own SIM card. For an SOS call, the smartwatch must be connected to a smartphone via Bluetooth, and the phone must be within range. The smartphone also requires an active mobile connection. The SOS function does not replace a professional emergency call or medical alert system and cannot independently dial the emergency number 112 using its own cellular network.

2. Don't pair directly via Bluetooth
The connection should be set up in the app, not in your smartphone's Bluetooth settings first.
3. Keep Bluetooth switched on
Bluetooth must be switched on during setup and for syncing afterwards.
4. Allow permissions
Give the app the permissions it asks for, so that readings, notifications and connections work reliably.
