What the CARE Pro 4 Plus keeps an eye on for you

Wear the watch and it measures in the background. Your readings are compiled in the German-language app, where you can view trends over days and weeks – that’s when the numbers start to become useful.

ECG recording A 30-second measurement right from your wrist. You can save and export the result in the app – useful if you’d like to show it at your next doctor’s appointment.
Heart rate & heart rate variability (HRV) 24/7 resting heart rate, plus HRV as an indication of how rested or stressed you are.
Blood oxygen (SpO2) Blood oxygen saturation during the day and at night, without needing to strap anything on or inflate anything.
Sleep, stress & recovery Sleep stages, stress and fatigue trends. In the morning, you can see whether the night really was as good as it felt.

And what it explicitly isn’t

We’d rather be upfront than disappoint you later: the CARE Pro 4 Plus is a health watch for personal monitoring – not a medical device. It does not diagnose or detect illnesses and does not replace your doctor or calibrated measuring devices.

The SOS function is also a helpful feature, not an emergency response service: at the press of a button, it sends a message to your saved contacts. It does not replace calling 911.
